Strategy Consultancy

In my most recent consulting engagement, I worked alongside a team of four to develop a comprehensive five-year marketing implementation plan for an international edtech company, with the goal of increasing annual revenue by $500,000 upon full rollout. As a new consultant, this project demanded a high level of focus, rigorous analytical thinking, and consistent communication with both my teammates and our client.

My secondary research involved analyzing user behavior data, studying SaaS industry best practices, and running econometric regressions to benchmark competitor performance. On the primary research side, I coordinated and executed focus groups and large-scale surveys that collectively reached more than 1,000 participants. These insights played a critical role in shaping our deliverables, which included a final slide deck presentation, three comprehensive written implementation and research reports, a functional price-to-customer elasticity calculator, and mock-ups for a reimagined user interface. Each component reinforced our research and provided clear, actionable recommendations.

Beyond the technical skills I gained, one of the most meaningful outcomes of this term has been my growth in confidence–especially in presenting to clients and trusting my own judgment. I am deeply grateful for the experience and incredibly excited to continue building my skills in future engagements with OCG.
